Because many of our products are made to order, our fulfillment process may differ from that of traditional retail stores. Please review the shipping and delivery information below before placing your order.
- Production & Fulfillment
Many of our products are printed, manufactured, or prepared specifically after your order is placed.
Production Time: 2–7 Business Days
Most orders are generally shipped within 2–7 business days after the order is submitted for production. Actual production and fulfillment times may vary depending on the product, Print Provider, product availability, order size, season, holidays, and other circumstances.
Production and fulfillment time is separate from shipping transit time.
- Shipping & Delivery
Products Fulfilled from U.S.-Based Facilities
For eligible products fulfilled by U.S.-based production partners:
Shipping Transit Time: Approximately 4–8 Business Days
The shipping timeframe begins after the product has completed production and entered the shipping stage.
Therefore, the 2–7 business-day production timeframe is separate from the 4–8 business-day shipping timeframe.
Actual delivery times may vary depending on the product, Print Provider, destination, carrier, holidays, and other circumstances.
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Products Fulfilled by Overseas Production Partners
Some specialty products may be manufactured and fulfilled by production partners located outside the United States.
The production location does not necessarily mean that the customer is located outside the United States. Orders are still shipped to the U.S. shipping address provided at checkout.
For these products, shipping times may vary depending on the specific product, Print Provider, fulfillment location, and shipping service available for that product.
Where applicable, products fulfilled by overseas production partners may take approximately 10–30 business days for shipping after production is completed and the order has been shipped, depending on the product and Print Provider.
Products with longer estimated delivery times may display additional shipping or fulfillment information on their individual product pages.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the product and applicable shipping rate.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before the order is completed. Products may have different shipping charges based on their applicable shipping class and fulfillment requirements.
Shipping charges may apply separately to products that have different shipping classes or fulfillment requirements.
- Shipping Area & Geographic Restrictions
Halo House Faith with Fashion currently ships orders within the United States only.
We do not currently offer shipping to international destinations.
Customers must provide a valid U.S. shipping address at checkout.
- Multiple Items in One Order
If you purchase multiple items, they may be manufactured by different production partners and may ship separately.
As a result:
- Items may arrive in separate packages.
- Items may arrive on different dates.
- Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
- Tracking Your Order
As soon as your item is produced, packed, and shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
- Delivery Delays
Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, production delays, or other transportation issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control after an order has been shipped.
- Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered or is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be reshipped.
- Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing or printing defect, please contact us as soon as possible.
