Custom-Made Products Policy
All products are made to order. Production begins shortly after payment confirmation.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, incorrect shipping or billing information, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has begun.
Claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery with clear photos and order number.
Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Shipping & Delivery

Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier constitutes proof of delivery.

Disputes & Chargebacks
